Sean Hoare NOTW Whistle Blower – Murdered because he knew too much?

Sean Hoare, The News of the World journalist who blew the whistle on the corruption in Murdoch’s media and the political class, has been found dead.

Was he murdered because he knew too much?

Let’s examine the facts.

Ever since Rupert Murdoch hired PR giants Edelman last week, we’ve been seeing a onslaught of activity by News Corp to save it’s battered reputation.

We’ve seen Murdoch’s key Colonel’s Rebekah Brooks and Les Hinton leave their positions with the NOTW and WSJ, but rather tellingly, they are still employed by News Corp.

We saw Saudi Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal Alsaud (The largest shareholder in Murdoch’s media empire, after Murdoch himself) wheeled into carrying out presser duties where he declared his undying love for Murdoch, and blamed the whole situation on a few bad apples within the company.

We saw Britain’s most powerful policeman, Met Police Commissioner Sir Paul Stephenson, quit his post after he was given a free reported £15,000 holiday at a resort where Neil Wallis, former deputy editor of NOTW, was senior management.

Let’s just work out the formula thus far:

Phone hacking + Big media + Police + Politicians X Corruption =

The coverage on Sean Hoare death has been contemptuous to say the least.

Last night’s BBC Newsnight dedicated all of two minutes on “discussing” his death.

You would have thought that a media that has been salivating over every nuance and angle connected to this ever widening story would be going into the stratosphere with the news that the man who kick started the whole affair, the man who crucially had not signed any confidentiality agreement with Murdoch’s media and thus was free to speak his mind, winds up dead.

The police of course have already been quick to state that “The death is currently being treated as unexplained, but not thought to be suspicious”.

What is clear to me is that Sean Hoare knew too much and he couldn’t be paid off.

There will now be a smear campaign against him in the media.

Already I’ve noticed a disturbing pattern with a build up of accusations about his character to undermine his credibility as a reliable source of information – alcoholic, fantasist, paranoid, conspiracy theorist, couldn’t be sure what to believe of what he said, scared of people coming to get him etc etc.

It will be interesting to see if there is a proper coronial inquiry into this death.

As Steve Richards commented in The Independent recently, “Here was a company that evidently thought it was powerful enough to get away with it, able to block police enquiries and to pay off victims of crime.”

Phone hacking + Big media + Police + Politicians X Corruption = Whistle blower Sean Hoare murdered.

Do the math, no conspiracy theory needed.

What happened to the last whistle blower to break ranks?

Dr. David Kelly was “suicided”.

His formula was very similar.

Iraq + Big media + WMD’s + Politicians X Oil = Whistle blower Dr. David Kelly murdered.

Do the maths, no conspiracy theory needed.

Dr. David Halpin “US, UK, Israeli war vultures installed a cuckoo zionist identity”

British anti-war activist Dr. David Halpin said he hopes that British, American and Israeli politicians responsible for war crimes will be held accountable in his lifetime.

Dr. Halpin became prominent when he joined a group of doctors who questioned the official position on the death of the British Defense Ministry weapons scientist David Kelly.

Kelly told a journalist he doubted Iraq had any biological weapons of mass destruction and was later found with his wrists slit, under the most dubious circumstances with police finding no DNA or fingerprints on his own personal possessions.

Norman Baker MP wrote a book titled “The strange death of David Kelly” wherein he made many a revelation that none of the official lines of investigation ever did.

The Attorney General was supposed to study claims that David Kelly was assassinated by intelligence agencies.

Dr. Halpin makes it perfectly clear that it is Israel that calls the shots and it is the UK & US who are fighting on it’s behalf, a position he makes clear in his article “The buzzard, the vulture, and the cuckoo”

“The hidden history of zionism” by Ralph Schoenman is available online to read here.

Chapters 12 & 13 titled “Strategy for conquest” & “Strategy for revolution” make for very interesting reading.

Dr. David Kelly No DNA or Fingerprints Found on Personal Possessions – Murdered Because He Knew Too Much?

Dr David Kelly knew too much and died rather mysteriously. In January it was revealed that the police had admitted that the following objects found with his body did not have any fingerprints on them:

His mobile phone

A watch

The knife he allegedly used to slash his wrist

The packs of pills he is said to have overdosed on

A water bottle

Of course when you are committing suicide, you always take your handkerchief out wipe your own fingerprints off all the items you use.

Only if you are the one who has done the killing and don’t wish to leave any traces of evidence behind, you don’t have to be columbo to figure that one out.

While we still await the Attorney General studying claims that Mi6 assassinated Dr. David Kelly

Yesterday, Thames Valley Police raised further questions about the circumstances of Dr David Kelly’s death after confirming that three fingerprint & DNA tests on Dr Kelly’s personal belongings all came back negative.

The only logical reasoning that forensics experts have made to the lack of DNA evidence, are that Dr. Kelly’s personal property may have been cleaned by a third party.

The lack of prints is difficult to explain because Dr Kelly was not wearing gloves when his body was recovered.

Professor Allan Jamieson, of the Glasgow-based Forensic Institute, an international network providing forensic services, said:

“It is now a routine practice to analyse the microscopic cells that are shed from people on to items that may be worn, such as glasses. There is therefore a reasonable expectation of finding the wearer’s DNA on an item.”

Unusually for a suspicious death, no coroner’s inquest has ever been held.

Instead senior judge Lord Hutton chaired a public inquiry.

Cover up?

Covering up what and who?

Attorney General To Study Claims That Mi6 Assassinated Dr. David Kelly

The mystery over the death of Dr. David Kelly took a further twist after a former KGB officer said he had evidence that the former weapons expert was assassinated is being studied by the Attorney General.

As I blogged in an earlier post, Dr Kelly was found dead in woods near his Oxfordshire home in July 2003, after the Government exposed him as the source of a BBC report questioning Tony Blair’s case for war in Iraq.

Boris Karpichkov claims to relay information from an ‘MI5 agent’ that Dr Kelly was ‘exterminated’.

Karpichkov says he got to know the ‘agent’, Peter Everett, while working for Everett’s company Group Global Intelligence Services.

Group Global Intelligence Services, now dissolved, hired former MI5 spies for corporate detective work and infiltration.

“Karpichkov says that during one of their meetings, two days after Dr Kelly’s body was found, Mr Everett told him that Dr Kelly had been ‘exterminated’ for his ‘reckless behaviour’.

Mr Karpichkov says Mr Everett suggested he was himself an ‘active field operative’ for MI5, and continues: ‘He told me that it was extremely uncomfortable, inconsistent and unusual for Dr Kelly to slash his arm in the way he did. He would have lost some blood, but it would not have been fatal.

‘He also claimed that it was not a coincidence that Special Branch officers were the ones who first appeared on the scene. They moved Dr Kelly’s body to another location, changed the original position of his corpse and took away incriminating evidence.

‘He added that the scene where Dr Kelly’s body was found was carefully arranged and completely “washed out”, including the destruction of all fingerprints.

‘When I asked who was behind his death, he [ Mr Everett] answered indirectly, saying the “competing firm”, which I took to mean MI6.’

Last week I did piece on Carne Ross’s day giving evidence to the Chilcot inquiry.

Any dissenting opinion that was against the war machine was brutally silenced.

It’s not beyond the realms of possibility that to keep her American master happy, our Government would do what ever it took to crush all expert opinion.

The Akh has never had any faith in drawn out inquiries, especially those that have no real power to execute a verdict of any sort, but what we are seeing is a unravelling of the cover up, lies and propaganda the government used to illegally invade Iraq.

Why not go full circle and demand George W Bush, Dick Cheney & Donald Rumsfeld be bought forward to the Chilcot Inquiry.

“Nay, indeed, if you had your eyes, you might fail of the knowing me: it is a wise father that knows his own child. Well, old man, I will tell you news of your son: give me your blessing: truth will come to light; murder cannot be hid long; a man’s son may, but at the length truth will out.”

Shakespeare – The Merchant of Venice, 1596

Let’s hope “the truth will out” in our lifetime.

The “Suicide” Murder of WMD Expert Dr. David Kelly To Be Reinvestigated

Six doctors who believe government scientist David Kelly was murdered have launched a ground-breaking legal action to demand the inquest into his death is reopened, The Daily Telegraph reported recently.

They are to publish a hard-hitting report which they claim proves the weapons expert did not commit suicide as the Hutton Report decided.

They have also engaged lawyers to write to Attorney General Baroness Scotland and the coroner Nicholas Gardiner calling for a full re-examination of the circumstances of his death.

The doctors are asking for permission to go to the High Court to reopen the inquest on the grounds that it was improperly suspended. If Baroness Scotland rejects that demand, or the court turns them down, their lawyers say they will have grounds to seek judicial review of the decision.

Dr Kelly was found dead at a beauty spot near his Oxfordshire home in 2003, days after he was exposed as the source of a story that Tony Blair’s government ‘sexed-up’ its dossier on Saddam Hussein’s weapons of mass destruction to justify invading Iraq.

In one final phone conversation, he told a caller he wouldn’t be surprised

‘if my body was found in the woods’.

The inquest into Dr Kelly’s death was suspended before it could begin by order of the then Lord Chancellor Lord Falconer. He used the Coroners Act to designate the Hutton Inquiry as ‘fulfilling the function of an inquest’.

Lord Falconer, a former flatmate of Tony Blair, was also responsible for picking Lord Hutton to run the inquiry.

But the doctors claim that the original inquest was never formally closed and should now be allowed to hold a proper inquiry.

The six are Michael Powers, a QC and former coroner; trauma surgeon David Halpin; Andrew Rouse, an epidemiologist who established that deaths from cutting the ulnar artery – as claimed in Dr Kelly’s case – are extremely rare; Martin Birnstingl, another surgeon; plus Stephen Frost and Chris Burns-Cox.

Lord Hutton concluded that Dr Kelly killed himself by severing an ulnar artery in his left wrist after taking an overdose of prescription painkillers but he skated over the controversies about the causes of death.

The bulk of his report was dedicated to the political row between Downing Street and the BBC, which revealed the sexing-up of the dossier.

Dr Kelly’s death certificate states that he died of a haemorrhage, but the results of a post mortem examination have never been made public.

Crucially, the doctors say that Lord Hutton had no witnesses on oath and did not have to make a finding, as the coroner does, beyond a reasonable doubt.

The doctors tried to persuade the coroner to reopen his inquest in 2004 but were rejected because they were not judged to be ‘properly interested persons’ with the authority to demand an inquiry.

Now they have hired human rights lawyers Leigh Day & Co to challenge the use of the Coroners Act to close the inquest.

A source close to the doctors said: ‘Lord Falconer is on record saying this is a “useful little law” but it was set up to avoid multiple inquests in cases where there were multiple deaths.

It has been used for victims of train crashes and the Harold Shipman case but Dr Kelly’s was not a multiple death.

‘We argue that that’s an abuse of due process. The lawyers have sent the letters this week.

We have concentrated on the finding on the death certificate that the primary cause of death was a haemorrage. We are spelling out why he could not have died from a cut to the small ulnar artery.’

One of the doctors, who preferred not to be named, added:

‘When the Romans committed suicide they would slit all four arteries in a warm bath, which keeps the blood flowing. The arteries would close up in the open air and you would not lose that much blood.’

A book on the unanswered questions surrounding the case by Liberal Democrat MP Norman Baker concluded that Dr Kelly may have been murdered by MI5 and the CIA amongst others.

Dr Kelly’s family have never commented publicly on his death.
